mussel soup

Engraving 4 people:

-1.2 kg Mussels
-1.5 kg of juicy tomatoes
-1 bunch of basil
– 6 cloves of garlic
-Extra virgin olive oil
-salt
-pepper

METHOD:

-Clean the mussels well with cold water (if they are frozen mussels they will already be cleaned)
-Cut the tomatoes into small pieces
– Cut basil and garlic into small pieces
-Pour a little oil in the pot with tomato, basil, garlic, salt and pepper.
-Start cooking, when and cooked (liquid) pour all mussels.
-Cook mussels for about 5 minutes (do not cook too much mussels could dry out)
-Stir and eat mussels
