        COOKING CLASS MAX 50 PEOPLE

    ( ONLY COOKING SHOW OVER 50 PEOPLE

1) Meeting at 5 pm at our location located

in a villa just outside (6 km) the center

of Palermo. The villa is nestled in the

hills around the city.

2) 17.15 welcome cocktail.

3) 17.30 Chef Antonio will introduce

              guests to the world of Sicilian

              cuisine with a historical description

             of the dishes that will be cooked

4) 18.00 start of cooking class

5) Menu:
– bruschetta with tomato sauce that will

be prepared by the guests

(acoustic musical accompaniment and voice)
– preparation of arancine with meat and butter

that will be prepared by the guests

(acoustic musical accompaniment and voice)
-show cooking on how to make pasta alla norma

(acoustic musical accompaniment and voice)
– tasting of pistachio parfait or Sicilian cannoli

(acoustic musical accompaniment and voice)
– The drinks served will be: water-1 lt wine

per person-pistachio liqueur or limoncello

(acoustic musical accompaniment and voice)

6) 21.30 Specific introduction and history

of some typical musical instruments such

as tambourine and marranzano and mandolin.

8) 22.00 start of show and entertainment

dance and counter-dance with folk dancers
