Why Sicily? As the poet Johann Goethe said, “Italy without Sicily leaves no image in the soul: here is the key to everything” After a long experience in the food and restaurant industry, my great passion for Sicilian cuisine and culture has led me to rediscover my roots and create experiences to share with guests from various places around the world.Each dish has its own story and it is our goal to focus on the evolution that has transformed our cuisine over the centuries..

For 8 years, in our locations in Palermo, England, and America, we have aimed to enhance time by using cooking and food to highlight values such as family and friendship. I am Chef Antonio, and I invite you to join us at our Domus Kitchen. Along with my family, we will cook and enjoy dishes made with fresh seasonal products, preparing recipes from typical Sicilian culture that has been continuously transformed by various civilizations for 5000 years. Chef Antonio will offer cooking classes and dinners featuring fish, meat, vegetarian, and vegan dishes, while also accommodating alternative options for other allergies.
